This valve is used in the chlor-alkali industry, where the medium is in powder form; as a result, erosion on the valve is quite severe. :L (Valve core severely eroded by the medium) (After repair, perform pressure and leakage tests on the valve)
Since the medium in the pipeline is powder, it will certainly cause severe erosion of the valve core. Consider surfacing the valve core with Stellite alloy or using tungsten carbide spraying.
Tungsten carbide treatment is necessary; otherwise it won’t last even a few days
Is it due to an excessive pressure difference before and after, or is the medium causing too much corrosion of the valve core? It is recommended to change the material of the valve core
This type of valve core definitely won’t work for powder media; it’s suitable for gases and liquids
