For pressure pipelines, qualifications are of course required； The company needs qualifications for the installation, modification, and maintenance of special equipment; I believe there should be specific requirements related to plugging leaks under pressure ； Workers need a certificate for special equipment operators issued by the Quality and Supervision Bureau, for pressure-containing leak sealing tasks ； Those that are not pressure pipelines may follow the requirements for pressure pipelines.
