Which brother has a chart showing the dimensions of flanges and the corresponding bolts? I need it, please help! It’s best to go with US standards and a larger size. I recently encountered a DN1000 flange with a pressure rating of 300 pounds; I’m not sure what size bolts to use or how many Thank you!
ASME B16.47, read it by yourself and make the conversions. Distinguish between Series A and Series B.
ASME B 16.47: DN1000, 300 pound class, Series A – equipped with 32 bolts of 1.75 inches in length; DN1000, 300 pound class, Series B – equipped with 40 bolts of 1.75 inches in length. You can check the standards themselves, as there are formulas for calculating the bolt lengths as well.
What was said upstairs is correct; refer to ASME B16.47. But be sure to ask whether the pipes use Type A flanges or Type B flanges, otherwise it will cause problems later on;

For A and B in ASME B16.47, it is not a distinction between metric pipes and imperial pipes. 16.47 At the same specifications and pressure rating, flange outer diameters and the number of screw holes differ between A and B. The A series and B series you mentioned refer to flanges A and B in the European system specified in HG/T20592; flanges of the same specifications and pressure class have the same outer diameter and number of screw holes.
