Do electric valves and pneumatic valves need pressure testing? What are the regulatory requirements?
Our factory requires pressure testing whenever goods are shipped
Pneumatic, electric, and manual types all require pressurization. Under strict requirements, pressure testing is carried out before leaving the factory, and again before installation. The pressure testing specifications refer to GB/T13927—2008
Not only must it be suppressed, but the operability of the electric valve also needs to be tested under pressure
Pressure testing is carried out upon leaving the factory; some owners also require pressure testing upon receipt of the goods.

Electric valves and pneumatic valves differ only in their driving mechanism. It requires pressurization just like a manual valve
The pressure testing at the manufacturing plant is carried out in the same way as for ordinary valves (without an actuator), and manual torque is also applied； Then, the electric actuator is installed, and its opening speed as well as signal display are tested. On-site, adjustments are made according to the client’s requirements; testing may or may not be carried out.
