The function of eccentric and concentric reducers is, as the name suggests, to change the diameter of a pipe; however, there are differences between eccentric and concentric types. There is a theory that a gaseous medium in a pipe can produce liquid, while a liquid medium can produce gas; therefore, an eccentric reducer, by changing the diameter of the pipe, helps to remove gas or liquid. Everyone is welcome to discuss the functions and application scenarios of eccentric and concentric designs

I knew that with horizontally installed pipes, using an eccentric reducer would prevent fluid accumulation, while a concentric reducer would cause fluid to accumulate:P
