Hidden works refer to physical structures such as buildings and structures, in which building materials or components are embedded within the structure during construction and then covered up so that they are not visible from the outside. Such as sub-projects like building foundations, rebar, plumbing and electrical fittings, and equipment foundations.
I’m sorry, I didn’t explain it clearly enough; I was referring to the concealed work related to pressure pipelines.
The concealed works of pressure pipelines refer to welding work, anti-corrosion work, insulation work, trench excavation, and the laying of pipes in trenches.
They are the pipes that cannot be seen from the outside after installation: for example, those buried underground, those running through decks in platforms and ship cabins, and sealed compartments
Some people think that applying anti-rust paint also counts as concealed work – is that being too pedantic?
Applying anti-rust paint is part of the pipeline anti-corrosion work, so it should be considered a concealed work. They don’t take it too seriously; just think about it this way: once the pipes are insulated, it becomes difficult to inspect that area
