Setting of compressor isolation valve

It is stated in the textbook that: Compressor isolation valve setup: To reduce the impact of fires in the compressor area, remote-controlled isolation valves (electric or pneumatic) should be installed at the inlet of any compressor with a power rating of over 150 KW, or those that transport flammable or toxic gases. I would like to ask fellow sailors: are there any mandatory regulations regarding the above provisions? Or it may originate from some kind of manual.
I’m not sure in China, but under GOST standards it is mandatory in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus
It is unclear where the original text of this requirement can be found in some of the current domestic design specification documents.
