If it is a rotary valve, it is necessary to know the torque as well as the connection dimensions between the valve stem and the actuator. For a linear stroke valve, it is necessary to know the output of the actuator mechanism as well as the connection dimensions.
The connection plates of actuators generally have the same dimensions, and intelligent positioners all come equipped with automatic function testing capabilities
In terms of technical parameters, the thrust and stroke of the original cylinder are required, as well as whether there is a handwheel. If thrust parameters are not available, then the medium-related parameters must be provided: inlet pressure, outlet pressure, temperature, and flow rate. Structurally, it is necessary to consider the flange dimensions, the valve stem thread dimensions, and the length to which the valve stem extends.
