May I ask everyone, what does the symbol in the picture below mean? Does it refer to butt welding? Thank you all!
It’s a welding symbol. A small circle indicates one weld pass, and two vertical lines indicate an I-type weld. (No groove is required; leave a small margin on both sides of the material)
Study*study*. This marking indicates the welding method.
Take a look at what kind of flange it is; it must be welded, haha
