The idea now is to use the pipe racks inside the workshop, but it doesn’t seem very safe. I’m thinking of using the pipe racks on the outside wall of the workshop to get inside; I’m not sure which approach is better. I also hope that those with design experience will kindly share their insights

Agree with what was said on floor 7; overhead installation makes it easier to identify leakage points. Concentrated sulfuric acid is far less corrosive than dilute sulfuric acid; the typical leakage points in pipes are located at the flange connections. Proper selection of pipe material can prevent corrosion that could lead to pipe failure, and the correct choice of pipe pressure rating also plays a role in determining whether leaks will occur. Therefore, the focus remains on the flange connections
