Are there any manufacturers of jacketed connectors?

We now need a quick connector with a jacket, but we’ve contacted many manufacturers and none have it. Actually, the requirement is quite simple: a jacket is added around the regular quick connector, with nitrogen flowing through it.
Most of these types of quick connections are soft connections; in the case of hard connections, layer insulation cannot be applied at that area. If the goal is to reduce gasification, it would be advisable to use a section of sponge with fine pores, which can then be used as a temporary cover during operation. Soft connections can also be used in this way to reduce evaporation. Furthermore, this amount of evaporation is extremely small; at current prices, it can truly be ignored.
It’s not for insulation; it’s to introduce nitrogen into the middle so that the pressure in the interlayer is higher than the pressure inside the pipe, thereby preventing leaks. This is because carbon disulfide flows inside the pipe, and leaks could lead to accidents.
Does that mean the medium inside the tube is not affected by nitrogen leakage? If it’s not available in the market right now, I’m not sure what method is being used for what you’re using currently; it depends on the actual conditions on site to determine what style to adopt. I don’t know what the pressure of the medium in the pipeline is. It is recommended to attach a label to the quick connector you will be working with, so as to provide clarity and facilitate discussion among everyone involved.
Yes, the medium inside the pipe is not affected by nitrogen leakage; the pressure inside the pipe is around 1 kilogram. The quick connector is simply a larger version of the ordinary quick connectors available on the market. The very ordinary kind
The main problem now is that these manufacturers also lack experience in producing such items, and it seems that very few or no manufacturers have ever done this, making it difficult to find a template for reference

For example, a foldable sealing sleeve, a movable secondary quick-connect fitting, etc. If it’s not confidential, it’s better to send a partial image.
Confidentiality no longer applies – the key point is that I don’t have any physical items here either, as it’s a renovation project, and there are some components that weren’t used before.
I think the reason why commercialization relies on the manufacturers to handle these issues is that our company does not have the capability to take any actions on our own, such as adding sleeves or secondary quick connectors – things like that which we are unable to do, nor dare to do, as we lack the ability to ensure proper sealing after implementing such changes.

I’m not sure what material the jacket you need is made of. If it’s stainless steel, then find some stainless steel fittings and have them welded together or connected using quick-connect clamps
