According to the provisions on pressure pipelines in the \"Code for Pressure Piping – Industrial Pipelines\" GB/T20801-2006, category C flammable liquids are considered pressure pipelines only when their operating temperature exceeds their flash point. So, can it be said that the diesel pipelines in gas stations in warm regions of the south, where No. 5, No. 0, and No. -10 diesel fuels are used, are not considered pressure pipelines?
