Selection of pipeline insulation materials

Given that it has been decided to use electric heating for the pipes, when selecting insulation material for them, should one consider only the temperature of the main pipes, or should the temperature of the pipes heated by electric means also be taken into account? In other words, must the temperature generated by the electric heating pipes be considered as well?
Take all these factors into account; choose the material and thickness based on the higher temperature
