For example, low-pressure steam, medium-pressure steam, and high-pressure steam – is the temperature of the medium determined based on the annual production volume?

I don’t understand what the original poster is trying to say? Surely, the process design is determined first, and then equipment selection is carried out based on that design; generally, the temperature is obtained through process calculations!
One more question: if the maximum operating temperature is known, say 100, then how should the actual temperature be determined? What standard should be used as a reference?
