The two brackets come from different sources, as follows. The pipe rack numbering format and drawing number are different, which source should be used. Please tell me. The first one is the bracket in the manual. This one is the bracket on HGT 21629.
It doesn’t matter which one you follow, as long as the project stipulates that you follow that standard or manual, both can be used.
According to HG 20519, the pipe rack needs to be numbered. It seems that the one in the manual cannot be used because the bracket classification letter code is different from the depth regulations of HG 20519.
The number of the pipe rack has no effect on which atlas or standard pipe rack manual or standard you choose. For example, the pipe rack number is RS-XXXXX, and the pipe rack model corresponding to this number is the ZJ-1-1 model in Figure 1. One is the pipe rack number and the other is the pipe rack type.
These are two different things. One is the sequence code of the support and hanger, but I don't use it. I am lazy and it is too troublesome. I just give the sequence number. These two do not conflict. For example, if I am lazy, the support and hanger number is SP-10001. SP-10002, you can use RS-1701, and then choose HG's F7. F7 is the type code, so the number is small, but you will go crazy with thousands of supports and hangers. Regardless of the form, you can choose if it can meet the needs of pipeline support and on-site installation. These two bracket atlases are often used and will not be unfamiliar to the construction team.
You can also use all the brackets in 21629. Generally, it is best to use a set of atlas or standards for a project, which is convenient for you and the construction team.
