If a heat exchanger is taken out of use and steam no longer flows through it, condensation will form due to heat loss. If this condensation is not promptly removed via a drain valve to the condensate collection system, the entire steam inlet line can become filled with condensation. When the heat exchanger is put back into use, it is necessary to drain this water first, which is quite troublesome. At the same time, if there is no supply of hot condensate through the official website of the condensate system, resulting in a lack of flow, the temperature will drop due to heat loss. When the system is put back into use, if this cold water enters the main pipeline network, it is likely to cause significant vibration in the pipes. The same principle applies to preventing freezing and condensation: water at low temperatures can freeze as long as it is not in motion.
