High-temperature hydrogen fluoride venting

Everyone, we encountered a vent pipe in the project that contains very trace amounts of hydrogen fluoride, at a temperature of 250 degrees. Can carbon steel pipes be used for this?
The owner told us that out of 10,000 M3, it’s 0.075 KG/H
For such a dangerous substance, aren’t there any requirements regarding its emission?
There are requirements, so the pipes are used to carry it out for further processing
This post was last edited by Fei Si on 2019-7-11 at 21:16. The concern is residual residues; if it can be blown clean, then it should be fine. I’ve dealt with trace amounts of hydrogen chloride before, and carbon steel was used for that purpose

The corrosion manual provides the corrosion rate for HF, but the temperature does not reach 250°C; it can be used as a reference
Normal carbon steel pipes are used with a fluorine lining; to eliminate static electricity, antistatic gaskets can be installed at the flanges, as well as cross-connecting of the flange bolts, in order to remove static charge
