Alkali solution pipelines and pump chambers are prone to scaling; does anyone have good methods to deal with this?
If not used continuously, steam purging can be applied after use.
It seems that aside from purging, there’s no good solution. The pipe structure blocks the pump chamber and can also lock the valves, which is really frustrating.
If the alkaline solution does not flow, crystals will form; when it is not in use, one simply needs to blow out the pipeline
It is often used, and its concentration can be reduced when applied； Used intermittently; an hot water pipe is installed for import, and it is rinsed several times after use.
The descalers we use employ physical descaling; no chemicals or electricity are required, and the entire water system operates without scale!
