I don’t know what the name is of the fitting marked with number 2 in the image below. I’m not sure if this type of fitting is specified in any standards; it seems to be a special fitting
This shouldn’t be considered a fitting; it’s the diaphragm of a diaphragm pressure gauge!
Things like diaphragm pressure gauges, those that come built into the pressure gauge itself

It should be a flange with threaded connections; the pressure gauge and the diaphragm are integrated, and this pressure gauge features threaded connections. . . The common type of pressure gauge connection is weld-neck threaded, which is equivalent to flange-threaded
