The valve seat can be weir-shaped or the wall of a straight-through flow channel. The advantage of sanitary diaphragm valves is that their actuation mechanism is separated from the medium flow path, which not only ensures the purity of the working medium but also prevents the medium in the pipeline from impacting the working components of the actuation mechanism. The sanitary diaphragm valve is one of the cleaning components in pulse bag dust collectors; it acts as the \"switch\" for compressed air in the cleaning and blowing system of these collectors, and has a direct impact on the dust removal efficiency of the dust collection equipment. The reasons for air leakage in sanitary diaphragm valves are as follows: 1. Damage to the diaphragm of the valve. 2. The gasket of the diaphragm valve diaphragm does not fit tightly against the end face of the air outlet, resulting in air leakage from the solenoid valve. 3. For submersed diaphragm valves, if there are leaks in the nozzle inside the air tank, compressed air will enter the blowing pipe directly without passing through the diaphragm valve and will thus leak away. 4. The diaphragm of the diaphragm valve has poor quality. 5. Fatigue damage caused by an excessively long operating cycle of the diaphragm valve.
