Pipeline number: 2''-DF-11001-3P1_A403P1. What do A40 and P1 mean? Please help me understand this
Material grade 3p1; A40 probably means insulation of 40. It should be indicated on the diagram on the home page
Diameter – Medium – Pipe number – Material – Other requirements; that’s probably the order. On the third floor, it makes sense to assume that A40 refers to the insulation thickness. I think 3P1 should denote the pipe material, while A40 indicates the type of insulation/heat tracing. To know exactly what they mean, we need to refer to the pipe naming rules; detailed explanations should be available in the legend on the diagram on the home page

Haha, each company uses a different identifier for its PID; it’s not feasible for us to impose uniform requirements on all companies, especially those that are manufacturers of processing equipment.
Each company has its own design plan; the patterns are roughly similar, but there are also some differences in the direction of construction
Check the design document instructions; there will definitely be explanations in the markings. However, based on the style, 3P1 should be of pipe grade, with A40 insulation requirements
