Why mechanical and electrical, rather than petrochemical qualifications?

Are both qualifications required – namely, the qualification for general contracting in chemical and petroleum construction, and the qualification for specialized contracting in the installation of chemical and petroleum equipment and pipelines? Or is just one of them sufficient?

There is no category called “petrochemical installation qualification” in the building installation qualifications; it seems you don’t even understand the basic concepts.
