When stainless steel pipes come into contact with carbon steel components such as steel beams, non-metallic spacers or thin stainless steel plates should be placed between the pipes and those carbon steel components. So how are the non-metallic spacers (polytetrafluoroethylene) fixed? Are there any relevant legends?

It is best to secure it with adhesive; if countersunk screws are used, the tube is prone to wear.
