Boundary problem for GD-type pipelines: Hello everyone. Steam generated as a by-product in a thermal power plant has a temperature of 210°C and a pressure of 1.6 MPa; it is extracted from the steam distribution cylinder in the power plant and sent to the chemical plants within the industrial complex for use. This pipeline runs from the steam distribution cylinder to the main pipeline corridor in the chemical plants – so does this pipeline fall under the GC category or the GD category? It travels about 500 meters inside the power plant, and another 1 km along the pipeline corridors in the industrial complex outside the plant.
The issues with GC and GD are not new GCD issues.
