Regarding soft seals or hard seals for ultra-low temperature valves

I compared the low-temperature valves from Parker and HEROSE: one uses a hard seal while the other uses a soft seal (carbon-added PTFE). I also looked at other manufacturers of low-temperature valves, and they offer valves with both types of seals as well as those using PCTFE. So which type of seal ensures better valve quality? I would appreciate it if experienced experts could help me with this – it’s for use in pure LNG pipelines.
Any option that falls within the operating conditions specified in the valve manual can be chosen.
