Issues with cartridge ball valves; seeking expert assistance

I bought a batch of cartridge ball valves half a year ago, but I just opened the packaging recently and found black spots as well as black particles inside the ball valves. What could be causing this? Is it a problem with their machining process, or is it due to how we stored them (could the lubricant inside deteriorate over time?) I want to solve this problem now, but I don’t know what the cause is. . . . . I didn’t encounter this problem when I bought them before; it’s only serious with this batch
Can the black dots fall off? Please show a picture
It must be rusting. What material is it? If it’s genuine material, it won’t rust
Generally, ball valves contain non-metallic sealing materials (except for all-metal ball valves) as well as lubricating grease; if there are black spots or particles inside the valve body when it is not in use, then it is indeed necessary to pay attention. It is recommended to consult the supplier or send a few pictures for everyone to discuss.
I bought a Swagelok one before; it was used for about ten years without any problems, and there were no black particles either.
