What standards are currently in use for the dimensions of basket filters installed on chemical industry pipelines? The dimensions of the filters that arrive at the site are consistent with those of the samples, but the dimensions specified in our database model are too large; as a result, the pipes in place are shorter. There are no dimensions specified in SH/T3411, and GB/T7538 also gives different values compared to the above two standards. It’s not clear how the length of these filters should be determined going forward
Filters are designed differently by each manufacturer. You can ask the manufacturer to create one according to your desired length, or you can have it modeled based on the manufacturer’s drawings; of course, the dimensions specified in the pipe drawings need to be determined first

The technical specification sheet needs to be sent to the manufacturer; once the manufacturer confirms the structure diagram, the above problems will not occur.
