This process requires specialized equipment and expertise, as well as careful control of parameters such as the temperature and pH level of the plating solution, in order to ensure the quality and uniformity of the coating. If ENP plating is not used, stainless steel (such as 316 stainless steel) or other materials with good corrosion resistance can be considered as alternatives. Stainless steel possesses good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for valve use under normal operating conditions. However, under certain special operating conditions, additional anti-corrosion treatment is still required to extend the service life. .
