The valve is leaking; help needed

As shown in the figure, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a valve; I haven’t disassembled the insulation yet, so I’m not sure what type it is. The valve is located after the outlet valves of the two steam condensate pumps. The leak is at the circular hole in the middle; does anyone know how to fix it?
Try using tape. Also, can a washer be added to seal that locknut?
Why does it seem like it’s leaking from the valve stem?
It looks like a pressure relief valve to me; you’ll need to ask the supplier about that
But from the pictures, it’s difficult to analyze except when encountering similar valves
Remove the insulation to take a look at the valve’s specifications, and find out how the original manufacturer addressed this issue
It’s possible that the packing seal has failed
