When submitting the application documents for pipeline installation, after selecting a valve, one needs to decide on the appropriate flanges to use (since the valve is being purchased, it’s not clear what type of sealing surface the valve will have for connection with the flanges), as well as determine which standards apply to the fastening bolts, nuts, and gaskets. Who else has the fourth edition of the valve product samples? Please send them over. Thank you

When ordering valves, the type of flange sealing surface is specified; this can be determined by referring to the relevant standards such as GB 9113/HG20592/ASME B16.5/EN1092
Hello, what I mean is that if we want to replace the valve that’s currently in use, it’s already installed in the pipeline, so it’s not possible to see the flange sealing surface. At most, we can only know the valve model; in such a case, it’s difficult to decide what type of sealing surface should be used for the new valve. It’s not possible to take it apart to check it before buying.
The connection between the valve and the flange should be visible; remove any insulation if present. General high-pressure flange concave surface
Looking at the valve pressure rating, those of PN25 and below are mostly RF type, while those above 40 are likely to have a male-female interface
Just have the valve manufacturer install it directly
Let the manufacturer who supplied the valve help you with the fitting
