Is there any standard specification to guide this? The oxygen pipelines are secured with U-shaped clamps, but those clamps are quite loose. The oxygen pipeline is vibrating and rubbing, causing the paint to peel off; there is a concern of leakage due to abrasion, with a pressure of around 2 MPa. It needs to be fixed in place.
I recently started working with oxygen pipelines and want to learn more about them, but facing this situation, it’s natural that I’ve never seen anything like it before – it’s frustrating. All I can say is that the construction quality is terrible; it’s very rough.

The size of the U-shaped clamps is problematic, and the pipes vibrate during flow, which leads to friction... Paint falling off isn’t the main issue; what’s important is that prolonged friction can cause holes to form. One way to address this is by using smaller U-shaped clamps, or by placing a plastic pad between them... The latter option is recommended, as differences in material between the two components could lead to corrosion due to potential voltage differences when they come into contact
