For a medium of ammonia, nitrogen, and hydrogen mixture, with a pressure of 400 kilograms and a temperature of 185 degrees, what standard should be used for the flanges? Are there special high-pressure standards, or are it the ammonia synthesis standards?

Use flange RTJ; RTJ refers to a metal ring connection for sealing, suitable for high-pressure applications. The maximum pressure rating of RTJ is 42.0 Mpa; it is recommended to refer to the ASME material temperature rating table, as the pressure-bearing capacity of the material decreases under the influence of temperature. 3. It is recommended to use special materials for custom-made valves. Or a carbon steel valve body, with Inconel 600 or Inconel 625 clad inside the valve body and its internal components, which is a more cost-effective option.
