Those using valve seals will experience a pressure drop in the seal due to their sealing properties during storage, which can lead to leaks; therefore, the screws must be tightened before use. Usually, you should also check whether the screws are loose due to frequent use. 4. Before pipeline construction, check the condition of the joints; if there is oil or anything similar present, remove any attached contaminants. 5. When tightening the bolts, not only the tight side, but the bolts should also be tightened along the corresponding diagonal. 6. To protect the ball washer, if the ball valve is in the fully open position, gate valves, globe valves, and check valves should be kept in a fully closed position. 7. The valve body has a predetermined flow direction; when installing the pipeline, the valve must be positioned in accordance with this flow direction. The arrow indicating the main flow direction on the valve should match the installation direction.
