Dear Haihao friends! Article 18 of TSG D0001-2009 \"Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Pipelines – Industrial Pipelines\" stipulates that for pressure pipeline components subject to supervision inspections, a supervision inspection certificate issued by a special equipment inspection and testing institution must also be provided. So, may I ask the experienced experts: which pressure pipeline components actually require a manufacturing supervision inspection certificate? The regulations also do not define the specific scope. What I searched for online were pressure pipeline components that require supervision and inspection: spiral-welded submerged-arc welded steel pipes, straight-seam submerged-arc welded steel pipes, and double-seam submerged-arc welded steel pipes; the manufacturers are required to provide certificates of manufacturing supervision and inspection. What else is needed? Do welded pipe fittings, such as elbows, tees, reducers, etc., also require a supervision and inspection certificate?
Seamless pipe fittings manufactured using submerged arc welding
So far, all these pressure pipeline components are required
Okay, received. Thank you for the answer!
Are also included in this category welded pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, and crosses?
