I have been in the valve industry for only a short time, and I would like to ask the experts: which brand of domestically produced fluorine-lined acid and alkali butterfly valves offers good performance at an affordable price? The seals on the valve stems I am currently using are of average quality, which allows acid and alkali to seep in slowly through those seals, corroding the valve stems and making it difficult to operate the valves
For fluorine-lined valves of good quality, the price cannot be affordable. Cost determines quality; a good valve requires careful attention at every stage, from the design process and selection of raw materials to various testing procedures.

I’m not aware of the type of medium used there or the temperature range, nor the pressure difference before and after the valve. If the wear is not severe, using a fluorinated-lined valve is a good option; we have ceramic ball valves with tetrafluoroethylene lining.
