Questions about pipe fitting graphics on pipeline drawings

I was looking at the pipeline drawings recently and came across two unclear places. I would like to ask all my friends to help me solve my doubts.: 1. Is the circular part circled by the basket pen in the picture the flange? 2. Is the part circled in red pen an upward bend/elbow? From my understanding, shouldn't the upward elbow or vertical pipe section have a Tai Chi-like pattern inside it like the green circle? Thank you all in advance!
The red circle draws a downward elbow, the upward circle represents a circle with a crescent or a straight line that does not enter the circle, and the downward circle
Thank you for your answer. So in the first picture, does the part circled by the blue box refer to the flange?
The two top ones are Y-shaped filters, and the eight trigrams circle means the riser is pointing upward.
