Regarding pressure testing of industrial pipelines

Hello, Sea Friends! One of the provisions in the pressure testing plan for process pipelines states that when the design pressure is greater than 0.6 Mpa and hydraulic testing proves difficult, hydraulic testing can be replaced by pneumatic testing with the approval of the design and construction parties. Is this sentence taken from that standard? Is the statement correct and reasonable? I need help, thank you!
From Article 8.6.2 of the Code for Construction of Industrial Metal Piping Engineering (GB50235-2010). “2 When the design pressure of the pipeline is greater than 0.6 MPa, and the design and construction parties consider a hydraulic test to be impractical, a pneumatic test as specified in Article 8.6.5 of these specifications may be used in place of a hydraulic test. ”
