Which standard applies to hydrogen pipelines with an operating pressure of 900 pounds?
5310 is the highest, but all the version numbers you sent have been updated
9948 is relatively low, but it’s not clear which is higher between 5310 and 6479; I think 6479 is probably higher. Hydrogen pipelines should use type 6479; 5310 is used for steel pipes in boilers

One cannot focus only on pressure; there are other operating conditions to consider. For example, in the case of hydrogen, factors such as HIC and SSC need to be taken into account. These three requirements can all be met through technical solutions. Moreover, there are not many differences among these three standards in terms of production processes; the main difference lies in the detailed specifications of the steel grades. By default, the GB/T 5310 standard is considered the highest, while GB/T 6479 and GB/T 9948 are roughly on par with each other, with the difference lying solely in the industries and operating conditions in which they are used.
