Has anyone seen this type of plastic tube used in vacuum systems?

I need a vacuum piping for a foreign-funded engineering vacuum system; it appears to be made of plastic. Could you recommend any domestic manufacturers that produce such products?
It has steel wire lining inside, so it can handle negative pressure without issue.
Since the pipe diameter is small, there is no problem using a plastic pipe lined with steel wire
