The medium is concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration of 98, having a pH of 0.5–5.0; the operating temperature ranges from 60 to 80 degrees. The slurry contains some particles. I am looking for a valve that is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. I would appreciate guidance from experts on what material would be suitable
I would like to ask: is the domestic grade for 20 alloy 0Cr20Ni35MoCu4Nb? Is that correct? I found many different ways of writing it when searching online; could the teacher please tell me? Also, what’s the price of 20 alloy?

It should be a dilute acid; I agree with the suggestion from the 4th floor to use a lining, but temperature of the medium and temperature stability need to be taken into account.

For such conditions involving strong acids, where corrosion is significant and the temperature is not very high, but there are particle slurries present, it is recommended to use ceramic valves. Metal valves are prone to corrosion and wear; we have used ceramic valves in similar conditions, and they have worked perfectly. I hope this helps you.
