Question regarding the pipe fitting warranty certificate

Does the warranty certificate for the pipe fittings need to include a warranty certificate for the steel tube raw materials as well? It is not specified in the GB/T13401 standard, but some customers request it. Is it necessary?
You can discuss this with the client. The client has requested that it be included; logically speaking, this request isn’t unreasonable at all
Under normal circumstances, it’s sufficient to have the material report and quality certificate for the fittings!
Generally, it is guaranteed by the manufacturer’s certificate; if there are agreements specified in the user’s order, they shall be provided in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The principle is that the customer is king.
