On the project, several flange connections for the incinerator equipment are of the JB4703-2000 long-neck butt-welded flange type, with a diameter of DN650 and a pressure rating of PN16; the pipes connected to these flanges need to be pressure-tested. How to choose the appropriate flange cover, and which standards should be referred to? Thank you first.
This is the standard for equipment flanges; either you’re looking at it incorrectly or the equipment is being used wrongly. Equipment flange standards should not be used for pipe flanges.

The pipe flange connected to the equipment is the same as that of the equipment, provided by the manufacturer. This specification was not found in GB and SH either. What is the new standard that the expert mentioned?
I’m not mistaken; the equipment was used correctly as well. The maximum size for the pipe flanges is DN600, and DN650 flanges can be used as custom-made flanges or equipment flanges can be selected – as long as the flow capacity is properly calculated
Since it has passed the non-standard calculation, you can ask the manufacturer to provide it in a paired configuration.
What is being used now is NB/T, which has replaced JB/T
