Which standard should be referred to for the material A420 GR WPL6?

When communicating with the client, the client felt that they did not understand this material and wanted to find out the standards related to it in order to study them. But after checking, there was no reasonable explanation. Since it is a fitting, I first reviewed the ASME B16.9 standard, which does not cover this type of material. . Then I looked for this material directly, but it was not found within the standards corresponding to American standard materials either. Water can provide a direction for learning*. Some say A420 is a material standard, but I couldn’t find it after searching for a long time. Is it the type of steel rather than the model? Could some expert recommend something to help me learn about material knowledge?
