As shown in the figure, the disc of the swing check valve has fallen off; the connection between the disc and the rocker is severely worn, the fixing nut is missing, and the pin connecting the fixing nut to the disc is also gone. The rocker shows obvious wear at the point where it connects to the disc. Experts, please analyze the reasons
