Which discipline is responsible for designing the electric sealing damper for the original flue?

May I ask which discipline is responsible for the design of the electric sealing dampers in the original flue gas duct for desulfurization and denitrification? Is it the process discipline? Process piping specialty? Or is it the Automation major?
Desulfurization and denitrification solutions are generally offered by specialized environmental engineering companies. The technologies involved were developed by just a handful of people, who have since become owners or senior executives. These companies hire new employees to simply follow established procedures; there isn’t much specialization or detailed division of labor. If we really have to categorize it by specialty, then it’d be automatic control.
Presumably, you’re also not familiar with the design division of labor in environmental protection companies. The design of electric sealing dampers for the original flue is the responsibility of the process engineering discipline, which then submits a procurement request; other relevant disciplines provide support accordingly. This is the typical pattern for control valves produced by environmental protection companies.
I really don’t know much about it; every time I go to review the drawings, there are just a few people working on them.
