For example: a welding plug with specifications PN1.0 dn600 and standard code H1.0C11FB. I’ve been trying hard to find out which standard this corresponds to, but I haven’t been able to locate it. If any expert knows, please let me know; it would be great if there’s a downloadable version as well. Thank you!

H1.0C11FB is code, probably assigned by a specific project; it’s not standard
It’s not a standard fitting; you can ask the designer for the manufacturing drawings.
