The FRP interface is wrapped with vinyl resin and fiberglass cloth. Will this piece react with sulfuric acid/nitric acid and release heat, causing a fire? 3. The anti-corrosion materials in the desulfurization tower volatilize flammable gas at 70°C, which may release heat under certain conditions and cause combustion.
The inlet of the desulfurization tower is 70°C, the catalyst bed temperature is 50°C, and the ignition point of activated carbon is 240°C.

The dust removal efficiency is reduced. High-temperature dust enters the pipe. The pipe may have leaks and enters the air. The dust passes through the pipe at high speed and will cause friction.

This glass kiln uses pure oxygen combustion. The maximum oxygen content of the flue gas entering the desulfurization tower should be 20.1%, and the stable oxygen content is 18%.
