Regarding changes to pressure pipelines

Our company is currently conducting a comprehensive inspection of the pressure pipelines, and it has been found that the specifications and models of some of these pipelines do not match those specified in the design drawings. In such a case, is it necessary for the design institute to prepare new drawings and carry out design changes? Do the installation units also need to make corresponding changes in their installation work?
It was also found that the actual length of some pipes differs from their designed length; what should be done about this?
If the difference isn’t significant, there’s no need to go through the hassle!
What does “not much of a difference” mean? So what should be done? Just create a description? But when the Quality Supervision Bureau conducts inspections, they need time to compare them with the blueprints.
The specifications, quantity, or piping method do not match; the quantity differs slightly, but it’s not a big problem.
I’m asking about this issue in order to get specific guidance on how to do it, and what the steps are roughly. Your reply is not very useful to me. :(
If it is found on site that the materials used for the completed pipelines exceed those specified in the construction drawing material list, the design unit should be requested to issue a change order.
It must be altered by the original design firm; if the original design firm has been dissolved, a qualified firm can be chosen to make the changes. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has regulations. If the original design firm really refuses to make any changes, you can also find another firm, but other firms will refuse to take on such a task as well, especially in your case
Length isn’t the key issue; how could the diameter be different from what’s specified in the drawings? ?
