What is ASTM A150? Is it a type of material?
ASTM A150 is a standard specification established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Intuitively, it seems there’s a mistake in the stamping; it should be ASTM A105 rather than A150; ASTM 150 is a standard from 1936, and it is not covered in ASME B31.3 for process piping.

Judging from the photos, the flange does not seem to be cast. It should be forged from carbon steel. It seems that A105 was mistakenly written as A150.
The grade was entered incorrectly; it should be A105

The difference is that A105 is forged while WCB is cast. A105 is a carbon steel forging. The same material, when formed by casting, is A216 or WCB. (After molding, differences will arise due to the varying molding methods. ).
