If there are no flow meters or control valves in the image you provided, then a flow meter needs to be installed to monitor the flow rate, and a control valve needs to be installed to regulate the dosage of the chemical added. The specific modification plan needs to be designed based on the actual conditions on site and the pipe dimensions. .
It seems to me that your pipeline is of DN50 size; simply adding more pipes likely won’t be sufficient, as it will be necessary to extend them downward in order to increase the flow rate and enable proper control of the system :)
It’s better to choose a metering pump; other methods are difficult to control due to factors such as liquid level and adjustment errors. After selecting the metering pump, fine-tuning can be done using the backflow volume. For reference.
